研究方向:生物药物、蛋白质工程、微生物学 新型抗菌制剂的开发、改造与应用
(1)来源于不同病原菌宿主如沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肠球菌等噬菌体裂解酶的分离筛选及异源表达、纯化工艺的建立。
(2)革兰氏阴性菌噬菌体裂解酶突破外膜的Artilysin改造及抑菌剂配伍筛选。
(3)噬菌体裂解酶关于提高热稳定性的理性与非理性改造策略。
(4)商品化溶葡萄球菌酶的改造及突变体酶在不同场所的杀菌应用探究。
