二、研究内容

1. 微生物酶系定向发酵及其在生物制药中的应用探索

1)真菌/细菌发酵工艺构建;

2)酶系高效表达与纯化;

3)农业副产品资源化利用,生物质酶法降解生产葡萄糖,木糖等可发酵糖技术。

2. 膳食纤维酶法改性及功能表征

1)膳食纤维改性及表征;

2)多糖类物质的提取、酶解、发酵、结构表征。
