研究方向

主要研究方向为生化分析、单分子与荧光检测技术及其临床应用。通过综合利用生物扩增技术和新型纳米材料,构建了一系列基于荧光或单分子检测的生物传感策略,应用于癌症标志物的高灵敏检测、原位成像、靶向递送及癌症治疗研究,并在人体细胞、血清及组织样本中实现验证,为生物医学研究、精准诊断和靶向治疗提供了新工具。
