生物制药实验室坐落于综合实验楼E329，是药学院的专业实验室。实验室面积为86.13平方米，实验室负责人为张艳芬，副教授。生物制药实验室现用于科研实验室，负责药学院教师的日常科研工作。生物制药实验室设置有无菌细胞培养室，可满足基本的细胞培养及生物活性科研实验。生物制药实验室主要的实验设备有马尔文激光粒度仪、荧光倒置显微镜、生化培养箱、恒温细胞培养箱、低温台式高速离心机、PCR仪、全自动样品快速研磨仪、生物显微镜、超声波清洗器、电泳仪等。众多学子在本实验室从事学习、科研活动，曾获得山东省大学生创新创业训练项目2项、第七届山东省大学生医药生物技术技能大赛三等奖1项，并承担药学系教师多项山东省自然科学基金青年基金和面上基金项目。
